This is the second reference I've come across today to an American television personality who has a vaguely familiar face but about whom I know jackshit. That's the problem with living beyond the border. Too many internal references.
In the interests of internationalism, I'd like to mention Canadian actress Meg Tilly was also born today. She is quoted as saying, "I have nothing intelligent to say."
Sounds to me as if she would have made a good television personality too.
