Dear Christopher,
Thank you, thank you my dear man for being brave enough to set out into the unknown and discover the Federal holiday. Sleeping in yesterday's clothes until 10 and eating Cheez Its for breakfast hasn't felt this good since 1492.
Best,
Kris

Wasting time you godless hussy !! You should be out making babies !! Lots and lots of babies !
I agree. But, I can't tell you how many pictures my daughter has drawn since Friday of the Penta, the Nina and the Santa Maria (I'm serious - they learned it in school - I think that is all the names of those ships - she asked me and that's what I remembered). Glad you enjoyed your day off!
i really want a cheez it now.
1/4 of me really wanted to take yesterday off and celebrate, while 1/64 really wanted to take yesterday off and protest.
Sadly, 100% of me works for the State of Maryland, which doesn't recognize Columbus Day. So I worked.
But then I made Chicken Marsala and watched the Indians win, so everyone was happy.
I hate you and Columbus.
Although, after reading JB's comment, I find it funny that the Indians won on Columbus Day.
Ah yes, I remember those days back in 1492, when I was kicking ye back and partaking in a satchel of Ye Olde Cheeze-itese....
Those were the days.
I had to work yesterday. Blah.
Happy C Day, dude.
Please say it was the Parmesan kind...
I think it's lovely that you show such appreciation for our founding fathers. You are a true patriot.
